Suffle AI Terms

Version 2.1 · Effective 2026-09-09

Suffle Online

Operated by Naucera Travel Private Limited

1. Purpose and Scope

These Suffle AI Terms govern the use of Suffle's artificial-intelligence features, including the central Super AI / Universal AI assistant and AI-assisted capabilities across the Suffle platform.

Suffle AI may assist with search, discovery, product comparison, recommendations, organisation, summarisation, extraction, tracking assistance, reminders, seller workflows, messaging assistance and other supported tasks.

These Terms supplement the Suffle Online Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Data Security & Protection Policy, Connected Apps & Accounts Policy, Gmail/Email Data Policy, AI Tracking / Automated Processing Notice and other applicable policies.

3. One Central Suffle AI

Suffle uses one central Super AI / Universal AI architecture for applicable AI-assisted features rather than separate disconnected AI systems for each product area.

The same central AI layer may assist across marketplace, travel, transport, bookings, orders, documents, reminders, subscriptions, connected services, seller operations and other supported Suffle features.

Different features may have different permissions, tools, data sources and confirmation requirements even though they use the same central AI architecture.

4. AI Is an Assistant, Not an Authoritative Source

Suffle AI is designed to assist the customer or seller in understanding and acting on information available through Suffle.

AI output is not automatically the authoritative source for payment, order, booking, tracking, inventory, availability, financial, legal, regulatory or provider status.

Where an authoritative Suffle or provider record is available, the system should rely on that record rather than an AI-generated assumption.

5. Accuracy and Limitations

AI systems can produce inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, ambiguous or inappropriate outputs.

Customers and sellers should independently verify important information before relying on it, particularly information involving money, travel, legal obligations, health, safety, identity, compliance, delivery, deadlines or other consequential decisions.

Suffle does not represent that every AI response will be accurate, complete or suitable for a particular purpose.

6. No Fabrication of System Facts

Suffle AI must not invent or falsely represent factual system states.

This includes prices, discounts, product availability, stock, ratings, reviews, seller verification, certifications, product specifications, payment success, balances, refunds, order status, shipment status, tracking events, booking confirmation, ticket status, provider connection status, weather, visa/immigration requirements or other information that should come from an authoritative source.

When authoritative information is unavailable, Suffle AI should clearly state that the information is unavailable, unverified or requires confirmation.

7. Verified Information and Source Awareness

Where practical, AI responses should distinguish between verified system/provider information, customer-provided information, imported information, AI interpretation and information that remains unverified.

Data obtained from screenshots, PDFs, emails or manual entry may be useful but should not automatically be described as provider-verified.

AI should not imply that it has accessed a connected provider, account or API when no successful authorised connection or retrieval actually occurred.

8. Marketplace AI

Suffle AI may assist customers in discovering products, searching categories, comparing actual products, understanding product attributes, finding sellers and generating recommendations.

Marketplace AI must use actual eligible marketplace data and configured category/attribute information.

AI must not create fictional products, sellers, prices, inventory, reviews, discounts, certifications, delivery promises or product claims and present them as live marketplace facts.

9. AI Product Comparison and Recommendations

AI may compare products using actual available product fields and customer-stated preferences.

Recommendations are advisory and do not guarantee that a product is the cheapest, highest quality, safest, most popular or objectively best choice.

If important comparison fields are missing, the AI should identify the limitation rather than silently filling the gap with an invented value.

10. Seller AI Assistance

Suffle AI may assist sellers with product information, category selection, configured attributes, variant values, descriptions, highlights, content organisation, product checks and other supported workflows.

AI suggestions must be based on seller-provided information and the central category/attribute configuration.

AI must not invent brand ownership, SKU, GTIN, MRP, stock, ingredients, certifications, warranty, origin, specifications, legal claims or other material product facts.

11. AI Assist vs AI Image Tools

AI Assist is a product-information/data assistant that helps organise or suggest fields from information provided by the seller and the configured category/attribute system.

AI Image is a product-image enhancement/showcase tool. It may improve lighting, sharpness, background, crop or presentation of an actual seller-provided product image.

AI image processing must not materially misrepresent the actual product, brand, logo, colour, size, accessories, certifications or other factual characteristics.

The original seller image should remain preserved, with the seller able to select the appropriate original or enhanced version.

12. Connected Apps and Accounts

Suffle AI may process information from connected apps and accounts only where the customer has legitimately authorised the relevant access and the feature permits it.

AI access must remain subject to backend permissions and customer/account boundaries.

Suffle AI must not bypass CAPTCHA, MFA, OTP, provider security controls or access restrictions.

13. Gmail and Email Data

Where a customer has voluntarily connected Gmail or another supported email source, Suffle AI may assist in identifying and organising relevant bookings, orders, deliveries, returns, refunds, invoices, bills, subscriptions, documents and similar records.

Email processing is governed by the Gmail / Email Data Policy and applicable authorisation scope.

AI must not expose unrelated mailbox content to sellers, other customers or unauthorised personnel.

14. AI and Customer Documents

AI may assist with extracting, classifying, summarising or organising customer-provided documents where the feature supports it.

AI extraction is not automatically a legal or provider verification.

Customers should review important extracted information before relying on it for consequential purposes.

15. AI Tracking

Suffle AI may assist the central AI Tracking Engine in interpreting tracking information from authorised sources such as direct integrations, authorised email, imported email, PDFs, screenshots, uploaded documents, provider websites, manual entries or customer-confirmed information.

Tracking status must reflect the underlying verified source and should not be labelled LIVE unless the source genuinely provides live information.

AI must not invent shipment events, delivery dates, location updates or booking status.

16. AI and Reminders

AI may help identify deadlines or suggest reminders from information available in Suffle.

Important reminders should be based on actual dates and records where available.

AI-generated estimates or inferred deadlines should be clearly distinguished from confirmed dates.

17. AI Actions and Confirmation

AI may initiate or prepare actions only where the underlying feature permits the action and the account has the required authorisation.

Creating a draft, opening a provider page, preparing a payment request, generating a message or submitting a request is not the same as successful completion.

An action must not be represented as completed unless the relevant Suffle backend or provider confirms completion.

18. Payments and Financial Actions

Suffle AI may explain verified payment, order, refund, commission or subscription information.

AI must not request, store or expose UPI PINs, ATM PINs, payment PINs, CVV, banking passwords or similar payment authentication secrets.

AI must not claim that a payment, refund or settlement succeeded without authoritative confirmation.

19. Seller and Customer Boundaries

AI must respect role and account permissions.

A customer-facing AI session must not disclose another customer's private information or a seller's confidential information.

A seller-facing AI session must not disclose unrelated customer data or another seller's information.

Administrative AI access must also remain governed by role-based authorisation and least privilege.

20. AI and Personalisation

Where permitted, Suffle AI may use customer-provided preferences, search activity, recently viewed products, wishlist activity, purchase history, selected location and other authorised information to personalise recommendations.

Personalisation does not mean that Suffle has independently verified every preference or inference.

Personalised recommendations remain advisory.

21. Human Review and High-Impact Decisions

AI may assist with classification, recommendation, extraction or review, but material decisions should have appropriate human or system controls where required by the feature or law.

Super Admin retains final authority for seller verification, product approval, compliance decisions, disputes and other administrative decisions designated by the platform.

AI suggestions must not silently override authorised human decisions.

22. User Confirmation

Suffle may require explicit customer or seller confirmation before important actions, especially where information is ambiguous, a transaction is consequential or an external service will be affected.

Confirmation should be obtained through an appropriate Suffle interface and recorded where necessary.

23. AI-Generated Content

AI may generate text, summaries, product descriptions, messages, promotional content or other materials where the feature allows.

The user remains responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before publication or sending where the content could create legal, commercial, reputational or customer-facing consequences.

AI-generated content must not contain fabricated certifications, guarantees, testimonials, reviews, prices or other material claims.

24. WhatsApp and Business Messaging AI

Where subscription features include AI-assisted WhatsApp/business messaging, the WhatsApp / Business Messaging Policy and Subscription Policy apply.

AI assistance does not establish customer consent or opt-in. Messaging must use actual consent/recipient information and comply with applicable provider requirements.

AI must not be used to bypass provider limits, anti-spam controls or account-security measures.

25. Prohibited AI Uses

Users must not use Suffle AI to facilitate fraud, impersonation, unauthorised access, credential theft, security bypass, spam, deceptive commercial activity, unlawful surveillance, abuse of third-party services or other prohibited activity.

Suffle may restrict AI functionality, suspend accounts or take other protective action where misuse is detected.

26. Prompt and Input Responsibility

Users should avoid entering unnecessary sensitive information into AI prompts.

Users must not provide passwords, OTPs, UPI PINs, ATM PINs, payment PINs, CVV, banking passwords or other authentication secrets to Suffle AI.

Where a feature needs sensitive information, it should use the appropriate secure interface rather than an ordinary AI prompt.

27. AI Data Security

AI inputs, outputs, connected data and tool permissions are subject to the Data Security & Protection Policy.

Access should follow least privilege, appropriate authentication, secure secret handling and audit controls.

Suffle should apply appropriate safeguards to prevent unauthorised disclosure of AI conversation content and associated data.

28. Third-Party AI / Technology Providers

Where Suffle uses third-party technology providers to operate or support AI functionality, processing should be governed by appropriate contractual, security and privacy controls.

Third-party providers may have their own technical limitations, policies and service availability.

Suffle should provide only the information and access reasonably necessary for the enabled service.

29. Service Availability

AI features may be unavailable, delayed, rate-limited, interrupted or changed because of technical issues, provider outages, maintenance, model changes or other circumstances.

Suffle does not guarantee uninterrupted access to AI functionality.

30. No Professional Advice

Unless expressly provided by an appropriately qualified service and clearly identified as such, Suffle AI output is not a substitute for professional legal, financial, tax, medical, immigration, safety or other specialised advice.

For consequential matters, users should consult the appropriate qualified professional or authoritative source.

31. Intellectual Property

AI-generated output may be subject to applicable intellectual-property rights, third-party rights, provider terms and the Suffle Terms & Conditions.

Users are responsible for ensuring that content they submit or publish does not unlawfully infringe another person's intellectual property or other rights.

Suffle may apply content, safety and rights-management controls to AI features.

32. Feedback and Improvement

Where permitted by the applicable Privacy Policy and feature design, Suffle may use operational information, feedback and service-quality data to maintain, secure and improve AI features.

Any use of personal data for AI-related purposes remains subject to applicable privacy notices, permissions and legal requirements.

33. Account, Suspension and Termination

Suffle may restrict or suspend AI functionality for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, provider restrictions, account suspension or other legitimate operational reasons.

Termination of AI access does not necessarily terminate the customer's entire Suffle account.

34. No Guarantee of AI Outcome

Suffle does not guarantee that an AI recommendation, summary, prediction, classification, generated message, product suggestion or other output will achieve a particular result.

Users remain responsible for decisions and actions taken based on AI output.

35. Relationship with Other Policies

These Terms should be read with the Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Data Security & Protection Policy, Connected Apps & Accounts Policy, Gmail / Email Data Policy, AI Tracking / Automated Processing Notice, Payment Information Policy, Subscription Policy, WhatsApp / Business Messaging Policy, Reviews & Ratings Policy and other applicable policies.

Where a specialised policy provides more specific requirements for a feature, that policy applies in addition to these Suffle AI Terms.

36. Policy Changes

Suffle may update these Terms as AI capabilities, technology, providers, features, security practices or legal requirements change.

The current effective version should be maintained through Suffle's central legal/policy management system.

37. Legal and Implementation Note

These Terms describe the intended governance principles for Suffle AI. Actual AI capabilities, tools, permissions and data access must match the features technically implemented in the platform.

Suffle should not represent an AI capability as available unless it is actually deployed and authorised.

These Terms should be reviewed by qualified Indian legal counsel and, where appropriate, an AI governance and information-security professional before publication and before enabling material new AI capabilities.
