Referral & Rewards Terms

Version 2.2 · Effective 2026-09-09

Suffle Online

Operated by Naucera Travel Private Limited

1. Purpose and Scope

This Referral & Rewards Terms document governs Suffle Online referral programmes, rewards, referral links/codes, eligibility, qualification, issuance, use, expiry, adjustment and cancellation of rewards.

It applies to customers and other eligible users who participate in a referral or rewards programme made available by Suffle.

Individual campaigns may have additional rules. The campaign-specific rules shown at the time of participation form part of these Terms.

3. Programme Configuration

Suffle may create and manage referral and rewards programmes through its central Referral & Rewards system.

Super Admin may configure programme rules, eligibility, reward type, reward value, qualifying event, minimum purchase or other qualifying conditions, validity period, usage limits, referral limits, campaign dates and other operational controls.

Programme rules may differ between campaigns. Only the rules actually activated for a campaign apply.

4. No Guaranteed Reward

Participation in a referral programme does not by itself guarantee a reward.

A reward becomes eligible only when all applicable qualifying conditions are actually satisfied and verified by Suffle.

An invitation, click, registration or referral attribution alone does not necessarily constitute a qualifying referral.

5. Who May Participate

Eligibility is determined by the active programme rules.

Suffle may restrict participation to registered users, customers, particular account types, geographic areas, products, order values or other qualifying groups.

Users may be excluded where participation would create a conflict, abuse risk, duplicate benefit or violation of programme rules.

6. Referral Link and Referral Code

Where enabled, an eligible user may receive a unique referral link, referral code or other referral identifier.

The referral identifier is intended for the participant's legitimate personal or permitted promotional use.

Users must not alter, manipulate, resell or misrepresent a referral identifier.

7. Referral Attribution

A referral may be attributed when a referred person uses the valid referral link/code or another approved attribution mechanism and satisfies the applicable campaign conditions.

Suffle's records of referral attribution, qualifying events and reward status will be used to administer the programme, subject to applicable law.

Technical failures or circumstances outside Suffle's control may prevent attribution; users should follow the campaign instructions and retain relevant evidence where appropriate.

8. Referred User Eligibility

Campaign rules may require the referred person to be a new customer, an eligible existing customer, or another defined participant.

Creating duplicate accounts, using another person's identity, manipulating device/browser information or otherwise attempting to appear eligible does not create a valid referral.

A referred user must satisfy any account, purchase, payment or other conditions stated in the campaign.

9. Qualifying Event

Each campaign will specify the event that causes a referral to qualify, such as successful registration, a qualifying marketplace purchase, completion of a defined transaction or another expressly stated action.

Where a purchase is the qualifying event, the purchase must generally be successfully paid and verified and must not be cancelled, refunded or otherwise disqualified under the campaign rules.

Subscription purchases for Suffle's WhatsApp software may be included or excluded only if the relevant campaign expressly says so.

10. Marketplace Purchase and Referral Rewards

Where a referral reward is linked to a marketplace purchase, the qualifying order must satisfy the campaign's stated conditions.

Marketplace purchase payments and WhatsApp subscription payments remain separate financial systems. A referral reward does not merge or alter those payment ledgers.

Seller commissions, settlements, customer refunds and referral rewards are separate accounting records.

11. Reward Types

Depending on the active campaign, rewards may include Suffle credits, coupons, discounts, promotional benefits, points or another clearly disclosed reward.

The exact reward type, amount/value, qualifying event and restrictions should be displayed in the applicable campaign terms before or during participation.

12. Reward Issuance

Eligible rewards may be issued automatically after the qualifying event is verified or may require an administrative validation step.

Suffle may show reward states such as Pending, Eligible, Issued, Used, Expired, Reversed, Cancelled or Disputed.

A displayed pending reward is not the same as an issued or usable reward.

13. Reward Value and Limits

Campaign rules may impose minimum purchase values, maximum rewards, daily/monthly/total referral limits, per-user limits, per-order limits or other restrictions.

If a campaign displays a reward cap, the cap applies as stated in that campaign.

Suffle is not required to provide benefits beyond the limits expressly offered.

14. Reward Expiry

Rewards may have an expiry date or validity period.

Expired rewards generally cannot be redeemed unless the applicable campaign expressly permits extension or reinstatement.

Expiry rules should be shown to the participant where the reward is issued.

15. Reward Redemption

Rewards may be subject to minimum order values, eligible products/categories, serviceability, account status, one-time-use restrictions or other conditions.

A reward cannot be redeemed for cash unless the applicable programme expressly provides a cash redemption mechanism.

Rewards are not bank balances, stored-value accounts or payment instruments unless expressly described as such and legally permitted.

16. Refunds, Cancellations and Reversals

If a qualifying order is cancelled, returned, refunded, reversed, charged back or otherwise ceases to satisfy the campaign conditions, the associated referral reward may be withheld, reversed or cancelled.

If a reward has already been used and the qualifying transaction is later reversed, Suffle may recover or adjust the corresponding benefit to the extent permitted by applicable terms and law.

Marketplace refunds remain governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

17. Multiple Referrals

Unless a campaign states otherwise, each referred user may qualify only once for a particular referral benefit.

A participant may refer multiple eligible people only within the limits of the applicable campaign.

Repeated referral of the same person, duplicate accounts or artificial transactions may be treated as abuse.

18. Self-Referral Prohibited

Users must not refer themselves or create, control or use another account primarily to obtain a referral reward for themselves.

Self-referral includes direct or indirect attempts to satisfy a referral condition through accounts, identities, payment methods, devices or transactions controlled by the same person where the purpose is reward manipulation.

19. Referral Abuse and Fraud

Prohibited conduct includes fake accounts, fabricated identities, automated registrations, manipulated attribution, circular transactions, fake purchases, refund abuse, coupon abuse, collusion, misleading promotions, exploitation of technical vulnerabilities and other attempts to obtain rewards improperly.

Suffle may investigate suspicious activity and may suspend or cancel affected rewards, referrals or accounts.

20. No Spam or Misleading Promotion

Referral links/codes must not be promoted through spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, deceptive advertisements, impersonation, false claims or prohibited channels.

Users are responsible for complying with applicable advertising, messaging, privacy and platform rules when sharing referral information.

Where WhatsApp or other messaging functionality is used, the separate WhatsApp / Business Messaging Policy and applicable provider rules also apply.

21. Paid Advertising and Public Promotion

A campaign may specify whether paid advertising, coupon websites, influencers, public posting, commercial promotion or other distribution methods are permitted.

Unless campaign rules expressly permit it, users should not represent themselves as official Suffle representatives or purchase advertising using Suffle trademarks.

22. Business / Seller Referrals

Suffle may create separate referral campaigns for sellers, business partners or other participants.

Seller participation does not automatically create entitlement to customer referral rewards, seller commissions or settlement amounts.

Any seller-specific referral benefit will be governed by its applicable campaign rules and Seller Terms.

23. Rewards and Seller Settlements Are Separate

Referral rewards do not alter the seller's product price, marketplace commission, settlement calculation or customer refund entitlement unless a campaign expressly provides otherwise.

Seller settlement remains governed by the Commission & Seller Settlement Policy.

24. Coupons and Promotional Offers

Where a referral reward is issued as a coupon or promotional offer, the coupon's stated conditions apply.

Referral benefits may not be combined with other promotions unless the applicable rules expressly allow combination.

Attempting to stack benefits contrary to campaign rules may result in cancellation of the affected benefit.

25. Account Status

Rewards generally require the participant's Suffle account to remain eligible and in good standing.

Account closure, suspension, fraud controls or other eligibility restrictions may affect pending or unused rewards, subject to applicable law and the stated programme rules.

26. Transfers and Sale of Rewards

Unless expressly permitted, rewards, referral credits and referral benefits are personal to the eligible account and may not be sold, transferred, exchanged or assigned.

Users must not operate reward marketplaces or trade referral benefits outside an expressly authorised Suffle programme.

27. Tax Responsibility

Any tax liability arising from rewards, incentives or promotional benefits is subject to applicable law and the participant's circumstances.

Suffle may apply legally required withholding, reporting or documentation where applicable.

28. Privacy and Referral Information

Suffle may process referral information necessary to attribute referrals, determine eligibility, issue rewards, prevent abuse, maintain records and administer campaigns.

Personal-data processing is governed by the Privacy Policy and other applicable data-protection notices.

Suffle should not disclose unnecessary personal information about a referred person to the referring participant.

29. AI and Referral Administration

Suffle may use automated systems or AI-assisted tools for fraud detection, eligibility checks, duplicate detection, campaign administration or customer support.

AI or automated processing does not replace the requirement for actual qualifying transaction records and verified programme conditions.

Suffle AI must not fabricate a referral, reward, qualifying purchase or reward balance.

30. Reward Balance and Records

Where a rewards balance is displayed, it should reflect Suffle's recorded eligible, issued, used, expired or reversed rewards.

Users should not treat an interface display as proof that a reward is legally or permanently vested where the campaign remains subject to verification, reversal or expiry.

Programme records may be retained for accounting, fraud prevention, support, dispute resolution and legal obligations.

31. Technical Errors

If a technical or configuration error causes an incorrect reward, Suffle may correct the error and adjust affected reward records.

Users must not knowingly exploit technical errors to obtain benefits outside the published campaign rules.

32. Changes, Suspension or Termination of Programmes

Suffle may modify, suspend or terminate a referral or rewards programme, including changing future eligibility, reward values, limits or qualifying conditions.

Where appropriate, changes should be communicated through the programme interface or other reasonable means.

Changes should not be used to falsely represent a reward as already earned where the applicable qualifying conditions were already satisfied, subject to correction of fraud, error, reversal or other lawful adjustment.

33. Disputes and Support

Users should contact Suffle support where a qualifying referral or reward appears to have been incorrectly recorded.

Support may request order IDs, referral details, screenshots or other information reasonably necessary to investigate.

Referral and reward disputes may also be raised through the applicable grievance mechanism.

34. No Cash or Guaranteed Income

Referral programmes are promotional programmes and should not be represented as guaranteed income, employment, investment or a financial-return scheme.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, rewards have no cash value outside the programme's permitted redemption rules.

35. Prohibited Commercial Misrepresentation

Participants must not claim that Suffle has guaranteed a reward when the campaign conditions have not been met.

Participants must not make false claims about product prices, discounts, earnings, seller status, marketplace benefits or Suffle's relationship with the participant.

36. Relationship with Other Policies

These Terms should be read with the Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Payment Information Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, Reviews & Ratings Policy, WhatsApp / Business Messaging Policy, Seller Terms, Commission & Seller Settlement Policy and other applicable Suffle policies.

Where campaign-specific rules conflict with a general programme provision, the campaign-specific rule controls for that campaign, subject to applicable law.

37. Governing Legal Framework

These Terms are intended to operate subject to applicable Indian law and the contractual terms governing the Suffle platform.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude rights or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.

38. Policy and Terms Updates

Suffle may update these Terms as referral functionality, rewards mechanics, marketplace features, fraud controls or legal requirements change.

The current effective version should be maintained through Suffle's central legal/policy management system.

39. Legal Review and Implementation Note

These Terms describe the intended referral and rewards framework and should be implemented consistently with the actual programme configuration and platform records.

Campaign-specific reward amounts, qualifying conditions, limits and expiry should be configured in the central Referral & Rewards system rather than hard-coded in this general document.

This document should be reviewed by qualified Indian legal counsel before publication and periodically thereafter.
