Seller Storefront Terms

Version 2.2 · Effective 2026-09-09

Suffle Online

Operated by Naucera Travel Private Limited

1. Purpose

These Seller Storefront Terms govern the Suffle-hosted public storefront provided to an approved seller for presenting its business, products and eligible fulfilment information to customers.

The storefront is part of the Suffle marketplace and is not an independent website or separate commerce platform operated by the seller.

2. Scope

These Terms apply to seller storefronts, storefront profiles, seller branding, public product listings, categories, ratings/reviews, selling areas, delivery/pickup information and related public content.

They apply together with the Seller agreement, Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Reviews & Ratings Policy, Intellectual Property Policy, Commission & Seller Settlement Policy, Local Delivery & Store Pickup Policy and other applicable Suffle policies.

3. Company and Contact

Suffle Online is operated by Naucera Travel Private Limited.

Address: 707, N. T. Road, Nalbari-781435 (Assam), India.

4. Suffle-Hosted Storefront

Each eligible approved seller may receive one canonical Suffle-hosted storefront URL using a unique seller slug.

Example format: suffleonline.com/amazon or suffleonline.com/abcfoods.

The actual storefront URL is controlled by Suffle's central seller/storefront system.

5. One Canonical Storefront

Sellers must use the canonical Suffle storefront rather than creating duplicate storefront records or alternate marketplace URLs for the same seller.

Suffle may reserve, modify or reassign URL slugs where reasonably necessary for uniqueness, safety, branding or platform administration.

6. Seller Eligibility

Only sellers meeting Suffle's applicable approval requirements may have an active public storefront.

Seller approval, storefront availability and product approval are separate controls.

A seller storefront may exist in a restricted or draft state before public publication where supported.

7. Seller Verification

Seller storefront publication is subject to the seller's applicable verification and compliance status.

Private verification information, KYC documents, bank details and confidential compliance records are not public storefront content.

8. Storefront Information

A storefront may display the seller/brand name, logo, banner, description, location, verified status where applicable, categories, eligible products, ratings/reviews, selling areas and shipping/return information.

Displayed information should be based on actual seller and marketplace records.

9. Seller Branding

Sellers may provide an authorised logo, banner and other branding assets within Suffle's supported storefront design.

Seller branding must not impersonate Suffle or another business and must not violate third-party intellectual-property rights.

Suffle marketplace branding remains present so customers understand that the storefront operates within Suffle.

10. Suffle Branding

Sellers may not remove mandatory Suffle marketplace branding, disclosures or legal links from the Suffle-hosted storefront.

Suffle may display its logo, platform identity, legal information, support links and other marketplace disclosures.

11. Verified Seller Badge

A verified seller indicator may be displayed only when the seller has the applicable approved status.

Seller verification must not be represented as a government certification, product-quality guarantee, financial guarantee or endorsement unless expressly stated.

12. Seller Description

Sellers are responsible for providing accurate business descriptions and other profile information.

Descriptions must not contain false claims, misleading representations, prohibited content or unauthorised third-party trademarks.

13. Public Contact Information

Suffle may display seller contact information where configured and permitted.

Private personal information, authentication credentials, bank information and confidential administrative details must not be exposed publicly.

14. Product Listings

Only products meeting the applicable seller, category, product approval, publication, inventory and serviceability conditions should be purchasable through the storefront.

Draft, rejected, suspended, unapproved or otherwise ineligible products must not be presented as purchasable.

15. Product Accuracy

Sellers are responsible for accurate product names, descriptions, images, prices, MRP where applicable, taxes, inventory, variants, specifications, compliance information and other required content.

Sellers must not misrepresent products or use images that materially differ from the actual product.

16. Product Images and Media

Sellers must have the necessary rights to use product images, videos, logos and other media.

AI-enhanced or showcase images must not materially misrepresent the actual product.

Customer-uploaded customisation files are private order/request content and must not be displayed publicly merely because they were used in an order.

17. Categories and Attributes

Storefront products must use Suffle's central category and attribute system.

Sellers may not create an independent category hierarchy that conflicts with the marketplace's central structure.

Public filters and product attributes should be based on actual configured and populated data.

18. Selling Areas

Storefront serviceability may reflect the seller's configured selling area: Country → State → District → Pincode.

Product-specific serviceability may further restrict availability.

Non-serviceable products should not be shown as purchasable for a customer location where serviceability can be determined.

19. Delivery and Pickup Information

Storefronts may display seller-configured Home Delivery, Local Delivery or Customer Pickup options where eligible.

Delivery charges, pickup charges, processing times and other material fulfilment terms should be disclosed where applicable.

The Local Delivery & Store Pickup Policy governs these fulfilment options.

20. Marketplace Search and Discovery

Storefront products may appear in Suffle search, category pages, recommendations, comparisons and other discovery surfaces according to the central Ranking & Discovery system.

Storefront ownership does not guarantee a particular search position, recommendation or traffic level.

21. Featured and Promotional Placement

Suffle may provide featured, promotional or sponsored placements according to its marketplace configuration and applicable transparency requirements.

Commercial placement does not necessarily indicate that Suffle endorses the seller or product.

22. Ratings and Reviews

Eligible products and sellers may receive customer ratings and reviews under the Reviews & Ratings Policy.

Sellers must not buy, fabricate, manipulate, suppress or improperly influence reviews or ratings.

23. Seller Responses

Where supported, sellers may respond to customer reviews or other permitted public feedback.

Responses must be professional, relevant, lawful and must not expose private customer information.

24. Storefront Orders

Customers may purchase eligible products from a seller storefront using Suffle's central marketplace checkout.

Orders may form part of a multi-seller Master Order and the seller receives only its own seller Sub-order.

25. Seller-Assisted Orders

A seller may create an assisted/manual order for a customer through Suffle where permitted.

Such an order remains governed by the central Order, Payment, Fulfilment, Refund and Settlement systems and these Storefront Terms.

Manual order creation does not create a separate storefront or order database.

26. Custom and Personalised Products

Eligible storefront products may support customisation, seller approval or custom quotations.

Customer-specific designs/photos/files must remain private and controlled according to the Custom & Personalised Products Policy.

27. Pricing and Charges

Seller storefront prices must match the actual product configuration and applicable marketplace records.

Mandatory customer charges, including applicable shipping/delivery charges, should be disclosed before payment.

Sellers must not use storefront content to create misleading pricing or undisclosed mandatory fees.

28. Payment

Customer marketplace payments are processed through Suffle's central marketplace payment architecture.

Seller storefronts must not represent an order as confirmed based only on a payment-page opening, screenshot or frontend success message.

Where payment is required, order confirmation occurs only after successful server-side payment verification.

29. Seller Commission and Settlement

Storefront orders are subject to applicable Suffle marketplace commission, fees, refunds, adjustments and settlement rules.

Seller storefront publication does not create an entitlement to immediate settlement.

30. Seller Fulfilment

Sellers are responsible for preparing, packing and fulfilling their products according to the selected fulfilment method.

For seller-managed courier shipping, sellers are responsible for courier selection and actual tracking information.

Suffle must not fabricate courier or delivery information.

31. Returns, Cancellation and Refunds

Storefront products are subject to the applicable cancellation, return, replacement and refund terms.

Product-specific restrictions must be accurately disclosed where applicable.

Refunds are processed through Suffle's central refund/payment system and must not be represented as completed before verification.

32. Storefront Content Standards

Storefront content must be lawful, accurate, non-deceptive, relevant to the seller's business and suitable for a general marketplace audience.

Content must not contain malware, phishing, unlawful threats, fraudulent offers or prohibited products/services.

33. Prohibited Content

Sellers must not use storefronts for counterfeit or infringing goods, illegal products, fraudulent schemes, unauthorised financial services, malicious software, prohibited content or other activities restricted by Suffle policy or applicable law.

34. Intellectual Property

Sellers retain ownership of their lawful intellectual property subject to the licences and permissions necessary to operate the storefront and marketplace.

Sellers grant Suffle the permissions reasonably necessary to host, display, resize, format, distribute and technically process authorised storefront content for marketplace operation.

The Intellectual Property Policy applies.

35. AI-Generated Storefront Content

Suffle may provide AI assistance for storefront descriptions, product content, banners or other permitted content.

AI output must not invent seller verification, certifications, product specifications, pricing, inventory, awards or other material facts.

Sellers remain responsible for reviewing and approving their public content.

36. Storefront Moderation

Suffle may review storefront content using automated and human processes for accuracy, safety, legal compliance, fraud, intellectual property and marketplace integrity.

Content may be flagged for correction, temporarily hidden or restricted while reviewed.

37. Suspension and Removal

Suffle may suspend, restrict or remove a storefront where the seller is suspended, fails verification, violates policy, lists prohibited products, engages in fraud, creates security risk or otherwise becomes ineligible.

Where appropriate, the seller may use available support or grievance mechanisms to request review.

38. Product-Level vs Seller-Level Suspension

A product may be paused or removed without suspending the entire storefront where the issue is limited to that product.

Conversely, a seller-level suspension may restrict all or part of the storefront and its products.

These actions should use the central seller/product status systems.

39. Storefront Availability

Suffle does not guarantee uninterrupted storefront availability, traffic, search ranking, customer visits or sales.

Availability may be affected by maintenance, infrastructure, security incidents, provider dependencies, seller status or marketplace controls.

40. No Independent Website Rights

A Suffle-hosted storefront URL does not give the seller ownership of the Suffle domain, infrastructure, marketplace software, URL namespace or Suffle brand.

Sellers must not represent the storefront as an independently hosted website outside the Suffle marketplace.

41. Customer Data

Sellers may receive customer information necessary to fulfil legitimate orders.

Such information must be used only for authorised purposes, protected appropriately and not sold or disclosed to unrelated parties.

Seller access to customer information is subject to Suffle privacy and security policies.

42. Seller Security

Sellers are responsible for protecting their Suffle accounts and authorised staff access.

Seller users must not share credentials or attempt to access other sellers' storefronts, customer data or administrative functions.

43. Storefront Changes

Sellers may update permitted profile, branding, product and fulfilment information through the seller interface.

Changes may be subject to validation, moderation, approval or compliance checks.

Certain changes may require renewed verification.

44. URL and Slug Management

Suffle controls the storefront slug namespace and may reject or modify slugs that are misleading, infringing, abusive, reserved or likely to cause confusion.

Slugs should not impersonate Suffle, another seller, a government body or another third party.

45. Seller Closure

If a seller closes, is suspended or becomes ineligible, Suffle may disable public storefront purchasing and manage existing orders, returns, refunds and financial obligations according to applicable policies.

Historical order records may remain available to customers where required for support, accounting, legal or dispute purposes.

46. Disputes and Grievances

Customers may raise storefront, seller, product or order concerns through Suffle support and applicable dispute mechanisms.

Sellers may raise their concerns through seller support and the Grievance Redressal Policy.

47. Security and Fraud Controls

Suffle may use monitoring, risk scoring, verification, automated checks and human review to protect storefronts and the marketplace.

These controls may temporarily restrict content or transactions where necessary.

48. No Guaranteed Endorsement

A Suffle storefront, seller approval or verified indicator does not constitute a blanket guarantee of every product, seller statement or transaction outcome.

Customers should review product details, seller information, reviews, delivery terms and applicable policies before purchase.

49. Relationship with Other Policies

These Terms should be read with the Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Ranking & Discovery Transparency Policy, Reviews & Ratings Policy, Intellectual Property Policy, Commission & Seller Settlement Policy, Local Delivery & Store Pickup Policy, Custom & Personalised Products Policy, Seller-Assisted (Manual) Orders Policy, Payment Information Policy and Grievance Redressal Policy.

50. Policy Changes

Suffle may update these Terms as storefront features, marketplace architecture, legal requirements, seller workflows or operational controls change.

51. Legal and Implementation Note

These Terms describe Suffle's intended seller-hosted storefront framework. Actual seller eligibility, public information, URL structure, product publication, serviceability, fulfilment, commission and moderation controls must match the live platform and applicable Indian law.

These Terms should be reviewed by qualified Indian e-commerce, consumer, commercial, privacy and intellectual-property counsel before publication and after material changes.
